The Silent Fixer of the Corporate World: The Pathfinder Business Consulting Approach

I was once asked, why Pathfinder Business Consulting never does any promotion such as announcing who the team is, who the clients are and how it works? Why there is no sense of hiring or anything like that. The most likely description of strategic business consulting is if you have seen the movie Pulp Fiction (1994) by Quentin Tarantino. In the movie there is the character Winston Wolfe, played by Harvey Keitel. Wolfe is the ‘fixer’ who helps Jules and Vincent. A fixer is a person who specializes in solving other people’s problems.

Thus Pathfinder’s job is similar, particularly in the corporate world, ranging from strategic issues like as company policy to management issues such as people and team management. Pathfinders usually not attracted on tactical issues like product test and so on. So it is not surprising that the work team formed consists of people who are in accordance with the expertise and projects being worked on.

The principle of confidentiality is also strictly adhered to considering that the things that are fixed are related to the strategic value of the company, so that even if there is a project that is mentioned, no client’s name appears. So where did Pathfinder get its reputation? Certainly not from social media or any promotions, but from those who have been very satisfied with the results of our solution. Don’t believe me? Try it. *FRS
